Nakshathra Designz: Mixed Media heart

Hello people,

Manasa Priya back again with an upcycled project here on Nakshathra designz blog 🙂

I am sure all of us have these things that are old and of no use over years. But, some how we can't part with them for various reasons. How about recycling out those old treasures this time?

For this project I chose my discarded mini heart cake mould, Some pretty printed decoupage paper from Nalshathra deaignz and their newly launched stencil

I have cut out a heart shape measuring the mould center roughly with hand to hve that worn out look.

Apply Gesso on the surface that is shown.. Once dry apply mixed media paste using stencil over the edges.

Let the whole thing dry naturally before pasting the paper to the center and adding sprinkle mists and gold dust.

Once all that is done I quickly added few embellishments and flowers and a sticker to finish off the look.
