Book type desk organiser.

Hello friends,

A brief gap in my post since I was relocating. Today I am back with a desk organiser using the 'Vintage Melange' pattern paper set. I love love love this paper pack.

Measurements used:

Chipboard card stock - 3" x  4"
Kraft card stock         - 4" x 5"
Inner layer card stock- 2 7/8" x 3 7/8"
Spine                          - 5" x 3 1/4"

Few tips:
  • Use a strong adhesive to fix the chipboard strip. It should dry clear.
  • The width of the chipboard strip can be around 1.5" - 1.75"
  • The dimensions can be changed to suit your requirement.

Here is a video tutorial. Hope you like it and give it a try.

Till next time,
Happy Crafting!!

Gatefold mini album-Guest DT post by Ashmita Roy

On the occasion of mothers day i wanted to create something special. So i created a gatefold mini album with 14 pages using Nakshathra Designz Vintage Melange pattern paper pack.I have used the collection called it's 12 by 12 paper stackIt has 2 spines and 7 pages on both sides.  I used cream colour cardstock on the page and then the pattern paper. The designs and images are so beautiful i think the book likes like a vintage journal. The album has a beautiful satin ribbon closure and lots of places tho write and add photos.

Travel theme Mini Flag album-GDT post by Blessy Priya

Good Day Everyone!
This is my last post for Nakshathra Desingz as Guest DT. It was a great journey and I would like to thank Akshma for giving me an opportunity to be part of Nakshathra Desingz blog. I wanted to do an album for today’s post. It’s a travel theme mini flag album. I have used vintage mélange and Amor De Oro Golden Love paper pack. I have designed it with 12 flaps and 12 tags. It can hold 48 photos.
Here are few pictures of the flag album.

Thank you.
Regards,
Priya.

A Vintage Project-DT post by Rashmi Tater

hello dear friends
Today I'm back with yet another project which will surely inspire u to try for sure !
I just can't explain how much I love this pack of vintage melange ! It's just perfect for creating vintage and chic scrapbooks ( in my previous post i showed how to create an altered box with it )
Grab a pack of this paper and let ur imaginations fly !

I always wanted to create a cross pattern ( I don't know what's that actually called ) but it's  do sure very elegant so I planed to create it teaming with a gorgeous album front .

I fussy cut a sheet and did some Mixmedia to the background and layered it for the cover page . The girl here is so so Victorian like . And I caught a butterfly ( not literally 😋) but it had to be there !

So here are the closeups

And the final project .

Do let me know if u like how this turned out .

Thanks for dropping by !
Love Rashmi
