Layered Tags using scraps! -DT post by Manasa

Good morning Craft buddies, 🙂

Today I am on Nakshathra Designz blog with an easy tutorial on how to make layered tags 😃

For this project,  I used scraps of decoupage papers from various packs of Nakshathra Designz.

First,  we need to fussy cut the image that we want to layer onto the tag.

Now it's time to decoupage the base using the decoupage paper. I varnished it once done so it is intact.

Now using some foam tape,  I layered all the fussy cut shapes on to the tag.  Finish it off by adding some chippies,  sentiments or ribbons and decorate it to your fancy !
