Hello Friends!!Am very excited to reveal our guest DT members for the one month term.We have chosen 3 GDT members and here comes the reveal.
The First one is Rachita khanted

Hi I m Rachita khanted,  CA,  CS by graduation and profession , but Crafting started as passion.... Love the thought of creating priceless moments with handmade love.

 

The Second one is Meena Herale 

Over to her:

I am Meena Herale from Karnataka India. I am bedridden from past 11years. I have been in crafting from childhood. I got interested in this by seeing my mom and aunties. When I was diagnosed with Spinal muscular atrophy type 2 when I was 12years old my life stopped there because this disease has no cure. I was broken and my all dreams was also broken, at that time I didn't know what to do and how to come out of that. At that time my mom pushed me completely into the craft world. I did one year course in art and craft, where I learnt Pencil shading, Still work shading, 3D clay work, Design letter writing, Nib panting, Blade panting, many more. I wanted to learn more in craft but no one was ready to teach me because I was differently able person and no one wanted to come home and teach, but I never gave up. I learnt everything from YouTube and from books.

 I took my hobby as my professional from year 1999. I make fun fold cards, watercolouring, mixed media, DIY, altered art, art journal, paper craft, scrapbook layout, hand embroidery, soft toys, decoupage,  etc. I started blogging from Feb 2016. I love to try new things in craft. My Favourite is mixed media, altered art and handmade embellishments  but I define my style as a Versatile papercrafting.
To me crafting is everything because through this I see outer world and can keep in touch with them. It is the only one thing which makes me to forget my disease and its a stressbuster. Even I have my own small online handmade items business and I even teach art and Crafts.

Over to her:

I’m an IT tech lead by profession, and a crafter by passion. I hail from the district of Erode, in TamilNadu, and settled in Hyderabad. I live with my husband and 1 and a half year old daughter.

I've been into paper crafts since my childhood, making simple greeting cards, origami objects and looking forward to the Arts and Crafts period every week in school. Once I got into the IT industry, I took it to the next level by actually gifting my colleagues with a birthday card. I love the joy of giving something handmade and seeing the happiness from the receiver's eyes! I stumbled upon ICR last year and that is when I got to know about contests, blogs, tools, techniques, etc. I started blogging just to participate in contests and I started exploring the craft world. I have a loooot to learn!! I also try DIY projects when I find time. Apart from cards, I do quilling and have made quite some earrings for myself and friends!
